Stamp Club March 2013 ~ Feeling Sentimental

We made this adorable card for stamp club this month.  I love it!  The designer paper is from the Spring Catalog, called Tea for Two.  It has pastels and quilt prints, love!  After we sponged the DSP and put it onto Espresso panel, we put the whole panel through the Big Shot with the honeycomb folder to dry emboss.

We made our own tag with the First Edition designer paper.  The stamped image comes from Feeling Sentimental, in the now expired Sale-A-Bration brochure.

The card was finished off with some twine and a butterfly from the Beautiful Wings embosslit.

Stamp Club February 2013 ~ Just Thinking

I really like the Just Thinking single wood stamp in the Spring Catalog.  It's versatile, it makes a great decoration in my stamp room, and it fits the Window Framelits that I already own, yay!

I tried to do ink splatters with a small paint brush and ink refill.  I think I will have that technique perfected next time.  ;)

Stamp Club & Stamp Camp ~ December 2012

For this month's Stamp Camp and Stamp Clubs, we are doing two great 3D projects just in time for Christmas!  I wasn't going to hold a Stamp Camp this month just because of the hustle and bustle this time of year...but after I designed the projects, I couldn't resist!  So I will be offering Camp for these two projects on THIS Friday afternoon and possibly on Friday evening.  

Please let me know right away if you would like to attend either of those Stamp Camp times Friday.  That's TOMORROW!  It's $5 for both of the projects.  Or the projects are FREE with a $20 order (also get a punch on your punch card).  

My Stamp Club ladies do the projects for free.

This is a very easy-to-make candy cane holder.  I am using my own convenient measurements on this so you will want to come find out my secrets!  :)

And this is a gift card holder that is probably my most favorite gift card holder design so far!  We seem to do one each Christmas, but you will especially like this one!!!

Both of these projects take no special machines or dies so anyone can reproduce more of these projects easily at home.  Hope to see you tomorrow!  :)

Here are the projects we will be making!

A recipe card holder.  This would make a great gift for your guests at Thanksgiving.  For your best dishes, place a recipe card or two inside and put these at the place settings.  Or use the template with new designs for Christmas parties, showers, birthday parties, girls' night, etc. 

You could even tuck gift cards into these instead of recipe cards.  The options are endless! 

At class you will receive the template on card stock so you can reproduce these at home.  Here is the inside.
