Valentine Kits $10 ~ SOLD OUT

Hello Crafty Friends!  Even though I'm quite sick of winter, dangerous travels, and falling in a snowy parking...I do have a special place in my heart for February.  It's my birthday month and a week from my birthday is Valentine's Day.  It actually happens to be a really good month to coop up and craft...and for me that usually means I am hustling to finish my scrapbook from the year before.  So all in all, winter isn't too bad minus the concussion I'm recovering from.  ;)

Last night in my concussion-ary stillness, I was itching to do something with my hands.  My kind husband was not letting me do housework so I sneaked down to the stamp room and started creating Valentine kits for you.  Ha, ha...I'm such a rebel.  

I only had enough supplies to make 3 kits.  

The kits are $10 each and will make 4 Valentine cards.  

• 4 card bases
• 4 envelopes
• 4 doily hearts in two colors
• 5 double-sided designer papers in 4x6"
• 2 clear buttons
• 2 large pearls
• 4 pieces of twine
• 4 die-cut sets of XO, also embossed

Here are two cards that I made.  You could make TWO of each similar to these styles.  Two will use pearls and two will use clear buttons.  The cool thing about double-sided papers is that you can make all your cards unique with your own designs.  

Choose one of the designer paper sheets to cut into 1.5" x 4" strips for the four cards.  My strips are not the same in these two cards because I was using up scraps of mine, but your strips should be the same to be able to make 4 cards with the other 4 sheets of paper.  

If you wanted a vintage feel, sponge brown ink around all the pieces.  :)

Here are the details for the Christmas Cards Class and Kits.  It's a class if you come to my house to make these on November 9th.  It's a kit if you opt to make these at home with the supplies cut and ready to go!  :)

Seriously, the single wood stamp is so cute, artistic, and decently sized that you could decorate with it!  Put it up on a shelf to accent a family picture.  Awwww, I think I'm just gonna have to do that!

4 Scrapbook Pages for $8 Shipped!

I have some exciting news for those who want to do easy, simple scrapbooking!

I am offering an 8.5x11" Scrapbook Kit! 

If these sell well, I can offer them monthly or bi-monthly so you can use them to complete a full album. 

You will get 2 layouts (that's 4 pages) for just $8!

Designer papers are double-sided so you customize your own pages.

Designer papers in the kits may vary, but they will all contain papers from the same line.

Here are the two layouts you can make for $8.  All you need is pictures and adhesive.

I placed white sheets where you would place pictures.  Photo mats won't be part of the kits.

I also wanted to show the different kinds of layouts you could do without EVER cropping a picture!

Slap your pictures on as size 4x6, it's ok!

The 4 strips of designer paper will come at 11".  If you want them size 8.5", just cut them shorter.

If you don't want scrapbook layouts, make cards!

Just cut your 8.5x11" sheets in half, then fold in half to make cards.

You can use your own stamps for images.

But I used some Rub-On's from SU's Clearance Rack! 

Add a sheet of rub-on's to your order for $3.

Use them on cards or to further embellish your scrapbook layouts.

 Use your own white cardstock or paper to make more cards with your extra rub-on's!

Tips for Rub-On's:

Cut out each image as you use the them

Remove backing from piece you are using and gently tape down to the spot you want to rub it onto

Rub in one direction, firmly but slowly

Slowly remove rub-on while checking to make sure each part has transferred.  If a part hasn't, rub it more

Slowly remove rub-on and tape once the whole image has transferred. 

Or make 1 scrapbook layout and 4 cards!

You may add envelopes to your order, 8 for $1.50 or 16 for $3.00.

We carry kraft envelopes that will match your fall cards.
