Cuttlekid Dies For Sale $35

And so continues my obsession with alphabet dies. I have my eye on some new, pricey alphas so something's gotta give, ha, ha! I used these dies just a few times, most notably for Miles's ABC scrapbook. :) Ah, the memories.

If you own an actual Cuttlekid machine, these are made for that. There is not a huge selection of dies that will go through that teeny machine so these dies are prime! These will also work in the Cuttlebug or the Big Shot!

My alphas often go fast so it's first come, first serve. Thanks!

Paper Organization

My husband is laughing because I may spend more time organizing my stamping stuff than actually stamping....could this be true?! Anyhow, this is my new paper organization for on-the-go. My friend Mandy got the rolling black crate at Office Depot for me today. They are on sale for $14.99, and they come with a lid. Then Mandy helped me pick out the top crate at Target tonight. It was just $2.99 and the heavy duty bungee cord was under $3. So the whole set up was about $20.

I have my 8x11 paper in the black crate and my 12x12 paper in the green crate. The green crate even fits my plastic paper holders from SU so I can keep stuff organized within the crate. May have to get a couple more of those babies. I may even get some 8x11 SU organizers to put in the black crate. I could organize by color family that way.

I get more stamping done at crops outside of the home. And at home, I have to move my stamp stuff from Graham's bedroom into the kitchen when I stamp at night. So I am sort of going to a more portable system for organizing. Pretty much everything but my ink pad holder and armoire of stamps are now portable. Woohoo!

This is one of those little bees from Stampendous. Not a big fan of most of the Stampendous bees or their chicks or cats or monkeys for that matter...although of course I have a few anyways. HA! But THIS little bee is just too dang cute! Is it really a bee? Aren't bees striped? I'm confused.... All I know is she's cute.

Paper: Basic Grey Lemonade
Punch: Swiss Cheese EK Success

Did you know SU sells a paper piercer with cap now for just $3.50?! WOO HOO! Just perfect to go with their mat pack. NO MORE TACKS! Thank you, SU!

Father's Day Card

I couldn't resist these little boys from Whipper Snapper because they look like MY boys! I made this for Jeff's Father's Day Card. The stamp is a blank sign, and I wrote in the words. Paper is Basic Grey (about the only other paper I use besides SU), accessory is dew drops, cardstock is SU Old Olive. I went on too many stamp store shopping excursions this summer (Kirkwood, St. Charles, Chesterfield, Davenport, Des Moines, Bloomington). Too much fun! Too many new toys! Depleted checking account!

Stamp Club: August

This was the demo for August Stamp Club/Camp. It is a pull card. Look at that bright combo of in-colors! This month's "Growing Up Promo" includes this cute Bugs and Kisses stamp set. I dry embossed with SU's new embossing FOLDERS! And who can resist the polka dot in-color ribbon! If you would like 6 yards, 6 colors, for just $5...contact me or click on the right for info about my ribbon share...limited time only!

Surprise! A sideways card.
We used the texture plates in the Big Shot for this one. The embossing isn't as deep as with embossing folders. So we sponged over the embossing and really made it pop!

And how about a toned down color combo with in-colors + olive. :) Grommets are super easy to use. Next time I will teach my club the RIGHT way to use them. Poor girls were pushing them through the paper by hand. Ooooops! Hammer and mat seem much better.
