This was our other card for Stamp Club. We used In-Color Bermuda Bay. The background is retiring stamp, Tres Chic. We used vellum cardstock cut out with the large scallop circle die. Then you cut out the sides to turn it into a dress! The next step was dry embossing the vellum dress with the Manhattan embossing folder in the Big Shot. Some taffeta ribbon and a rhinestone brad finish off the dress.
I can't wait to make more scallop circle dresses using fun designer papers!
