Spring Vintage Cards

I made a batch of birthday cards using Spring Vintage Paper, which will be gone after April 30th, whaaaaaaaaaaa! The birthday stamp is from Perfect Punches. Punches are Wide Oval, Large Circle, Large Scallop Circle.

I cleaned my camera lens. What's up with the blurry pictures?! Agh!

Sew Suite Card #7

The crazy busy card! The background is all over...so the sewing machine image is just plain ole stamped on Crumbcake.

Sew Suite Card #5

Man, did my camera have Graham fingerprints on the lens for all these sewing card pictures? They are so blurry! Sorry about that.

I love the simplicity of this little card. The embossed tulips add just enough to get away with quick stamping in the center. The narrow taffeta is the perfect little size to accent the image.

Have I talked you into the Sewing Suite yet?! You only have through April to snag it up so don't delay if you are swooning!

Sew Suite Card #4

Here's a way to use patterns on the DSP! What a fun background.

Scrap Kit: April $9

At Stamp Club, the Spring Vintage line has been such a hit. Many of us didn't "love" it until we saw it in person. The papers are just so pretty! We also have been loving the Tasteful Trim Die, and soon we will be playing with the Fun Flowers Die. You get to enjoy them all in this month's kit!

12x12: Crumbcake
Alphabet: Simple Alphabet
DSP: Spring Vintage
Frames: Confetti Cream
Dies: Tasteful Trim in Pink and Fun Flowers
Accessory: Flower Adornment
Ribbon: Vanilla Taffeta

Here is the title done in my favorite DSP, with the Tasteful Trim die-cut border underneath.

Here is the Fun Flower Die sponged and layered in Vanilla and DSP...topped off with a flower adornment! How pretty!

And here is the journal box done in Confetti Cream Cardstock, just like the frames. It is highlighted with a dainty taffeta bow.

These pages will be great for Easter or Spring. The kit will be $9. Shipping long distance is $4. You can pay via my Paypal button at the top of the blog or contact me to make other arrangements. Kits are nearly ready now. :)

Happy Spring!

Sew Suite Card #3

Sorry for the blurry. For this card I used the Top Note die and the Tulip embossing folder. Stamping the machine on DSP was kinda cool.

Chalkboard Label

I made this little vase to take to Jeff's Grannie this weekend. I made the label using SU's chalkboard vinyl...cut with the Circles #2 Die. I tied hemp twine at the top, and then finished it off with a faux daisy. When the flowers start blooming, we can replace the fake flower some real ones. :)

Sew Suite Card #1

I recently made several Sew Suite cards to sell in my mom's quilt shop. I will show you them over the next week or so. :) Since the buyers may not know how to mail cards with bulky accessories, I opted to use the button embosslit to make my button embellishments. :)

You can purchase items from the Sew Suite collection through April. Then we are onto a new Mini Catalog.

Stamp Set: Sew Suite
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Espresso, Turquoise, Daffodil, Crumb Cake
Ink: Espresso
DSP: Sew Suite
Folder: Tulip
Ribbon: Narrow Taffeta Espresso
